The second stage of the Amgen Tour of California finished in another small field sprint won by Peter Sagan (Liquigas-Cannondale). Team Orica-GreenEdge’s sprinter, Leigh Howard, finished 4th in the first stage and one spot higher in 3rd place on stage 2.
