Power Data is not Available for Stage 10, but we still have his file with other channels!
The stage today was incredible fast with the first hour of racing covering 29.9miles, which is 29.9 mph as an average speed. Unfortunately, something happened to his SRM power meter and it didn’t record power after the first 40 minutes or so, but we still have the rest of his data. When your power meter doesn’t record power data for whatever reason, it’s important to estimate a Training Stress Score value for that ride, so your charts will be more accurate on your Athlete Home Page. For Chris today, I have estimated his TSS for the ride at 200, which will be in the ballpark.
The race was tough from the sense that the speed was high and every rider had to be attentive and of course, the pace kept getting faster and faster to the finish line. There was a short climb near the end and Chris had to nail it a high heart rate of 172bpm in order to get over the climb within the peloton. That was the major excitement today and I know Chris was glad for the rest day!
