This training plan is intended for a beginnner-interrmediate level athlete capable of training 6-9 hours per week (with training time weighted towards weekend). Upon beginning this plan, the athlete should be able to complete at a minimum, easy to moderate effort of 1500 yards/meters of swimming, 20 miles of cycling, and 5 miles of running. This plan also contains a strength maintenance element specific to a triathletes needs.
