El Tour de Tucson is America's largest perimeter cycling event. Over 9,000 cyclists will partake and this plan will help you fine tune your training rides during the final four weeks preceding race day.
The plan starts on Monday October 24, 2011.
The Killer Gravel Road Race aka Barry-Roubaix takes place in Southwest MI. This is your chance to train specifically for this event and show off your early season form. It's the first race on the 2012 calendar and you need to tell your buddies you mean business this cycling season.
At the same time this plan will have you ready for the race it will also be a good start to a solid build for the entire season. 4 week plan starts on Feb 27th. Let it rip!
Are you doing the Iceman for the first time? Are you doing the Iceman for the last time? Or are you doing Iceman for the 22nd time? No matter your experience level, this plan will help you train specifically during the final four weeks leading up to Iceman so that you can arrive to the start line well prepared and ready to enjoy the race experience. Some specific preparation and a little hard work will go a long way for you and those Bell's waiting at the finish will taste just a little better!
The principals of this plan have been used by Iceman veterans such as Jon Mesko of Traverse City, MI, Derek Prechtl of Empire MI, Skyler Reeves of Pinckney MI, and even last year's Iceman Champion Brian Matter! In approximately 10 hours a week you can gain fitness and be much better prepared to go fast and enjoy your day. This plan includes options for racing on the weekends of Oct 16th and Oct 30th. The workouts are planned and described so that you can use perceived effort as your guide for intensity just as you will on race day.
The plan starts on Monday, October 10th 2011.

Welcome to the 2012 WORS Season. The Iola Bump & Jump is one the best stops on the WORS circuit! This plan is designed to kick things off with a bang and so you can keep the 'momentum' rolling throughout the rest of the season. The workouts will vary from endurance miles, mtb skills, and some very specific training days that will mimic the physical demands from the course at Iola.
The plan starts on April 9th and will provide you with a 4 week build towards Iola. Total time commitment will range from 9 - 13 hours per week.
Thanks & Good Luck
