Built for cyclists with a power meter or Heart rate monitor, all workouts are describedin watts and heart rate and contain racing and training tips, along with special C-X exercises to do to prepare you for the brutal sport that is –Cross--! There are three different plans made for the beginner, intermediate andAdvanced/Elite crosser. Each plan is customized to the level and youcan count on serious improvement no matter what level you start at!
