Nell Stephenson, personal fitness trainer, nutritional counselor, Paleolithic eating coach & athlete, graduated from University of Southern California In Los Angeles, with a BS in Exercise Science, and received her Health/Fitness Instructor Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.
Following graduation from USC, she attended culinary school to fine-tune her culinary preparation & presentation skills.

Together, her fitness and nutrition knowledge provide the basis of her current professional services offer.

She began her career working at corporate fitness centers as well as large commercial health clubs, both of which contributed to practical experience in fitness training, before opening her own business in 2005.
With over fifteen years of working in health, fitness & nutrition, Her practice now spans several countries with nutritional clients around the globe, in addition to local clients in Los Angeles with whom both fitness and nutrition sessions are conducted.

Her love of fitness and health brought her to Ironman triathlon. She has qualified for the Hawaii Ironman World Championships several times, which only spurs her to keep training harder and getting faster, and leading by example.

Nell teaches the principle of goal setting. Setting athletic goals is a tremendous way for one to keep focused and on-track, with active recovery and bodywork, including lots of deep tissue massage, in order to maintain balance.

Nell lives in Pacific Palisades, California, with her husband Chris and their two Weimaraners (and training partners), Graham and Daisy.
