Sage Rountree, PhD, is an internationally recognized authority on yoga for athletes and an expert endurance sports coach with certifications from USA Triathlon and the Road Runners Club of America. Author of The Athlete's Guide to Yoga, The Athlete's Pocket Guide to Yoga, The Athlete’s Guide to Recovery, and The Runner's Guide to Yoga, she regularly writes for Runner's World, Yoga Journal, and USA Triathlon Life.
