- Set your heart rate, pace and power thresholds, then calculate zones for each effective only for the time period you specify.
- Select or add perspectives to customize the view.
- Customize individual charts to see Distribution and Mean Max values for power, heart rate and pace and to track training load and intensity.
- View a summary of all data from recent periods.
- Balance your training load and intensity with the Performance Management Chart which scientifically portrays your form (TSB) as fitness (CTL) plus freshness (ATL).
