The Calendar is an easy to understand overview of your training. The simple navigation allows you to:

  • Search by keywords you entered in the notes section of the Journal.
  • Filter your workouts by any selection of dates, sport, workout or duration.
  • Quickly view notes, goals, duration, Training Stress Score (TSS) and Intensity Factor (IF).
Double click any workout to for analysis in the Journal and Graph views.
