Open a workout in the Graph view to truly understand exactly what your body experienced during the exercise.

  • View data such as duration and distance as well as data specific to the device like power, heart rate, cadence, speed and pace.
  • Analyze altitude, grade and elevation loss/gain data if the workout was recorded with GPS. Export to Google Earth for the satellite view.
  • See stress (TSS, rTSS), intensity (IF) decoupling (Pw:HR, Pa:HR), Normalized Power, Normalized Graded Pace and other metrics for any portion of the exercise.

Various choices are available to view your workout data however you want including zooming, smoothing, and raw numbers.
